SECTION 10 — EFFECTIVE DATE
10.01 Effective Date
Subject to matters requiring a special resolution of the members, this by-law shall be effective
when made by the board.
CERTIFIED to be By-Law No. 3 of the Society, as enacted by the directors of the Society by
resolution on the 19 day of May, 2023 and confirmed by the members of the Society by special
resolution on the 20 day of June, 2023.
Dated as the 20 day of June, 2023 (when confirmed by the members)
